If you think you have bad posture, most of the time, you are right. You know when you’re slouching, you now when you’re head is too forward and you know if you have a hunch back. You Fail the Wall Test
Try the wall test; stand against a wall with about 6 inches of space between your heels and the wall. If you have good posture, your head, shoulders and buttocks will make contact with the wall. Another easy test is if you are slouching right now as you read this.
