Our Return and Refund Policy last within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  3. Photos that show:
    ☑️ Product fault as clearly as possible
    ☑️ Full – length photo of the item
    ☑️ The packaging it came with

The Product Received Does Not Match my Order Description

The Product Never Arrived

We are very sorry to hear that your product never arrived! Please send us the following info:

  1. Your order number
  2. Tracking number
  3. Item name

Dear customer, again we are very sorry to hear that your product never arrived. It is possible that your order is still on the way. Please check the tracking link we sent you. If it says delivered, but you did not receive your item, contact us immediately. We are very sorry for the inconvenience; we will make sure to help you resolve your problem in every way we can.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • Please check your bank account’s transaction history
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team on our Facebook page, we will reply within 24 hours. 

 

Order Cancellations

Upon making the order, the customer is given a 12-hour window time to cancel or change his/her order.

After the 12-hour window time, our centers will automatically process your order.

Strictly no cancellations nor order changes are allowed once our centers process your order.
