We make it easy: If you’re not happy, we’ll help you refund, return, exchange, or cancel, clearly and quickly.
Summary
- 30-Day Free Trial: You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
- Refund speed: We initiate refunds 1–3 business days after your return is scanned by the courier.
- Payment method:
- Card/PayPal → refunded back to original method/bank transfer
- COD → refunded via GCash or Bank Transfer (your choice)
- Defects/Damage: Covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty (we replace fast and free).
- Return shipping:
- Defect/Damage/Mis-ship → We cover shipping both ways
- Change-of-mind → We can arrange pickup, courier fee (at our negotiated rate) may be deducted from the refund
- Official support: Email only (reply to your order confirmation).
- Delivery timeline: 2–3 days Metro Manila, 2–5 days Provincial.
- COD Unbox Available: You can open at the door to confirm correct item & condition.
What qualifies
Refunds & Returns (within 30 days of delivery)
- Change-of-mind (didn’t work for you, not the right fit)
- Wrong item received
- Item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect
After 30 days, manufacturing defects are handled under our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.
Exchanges (within 30 days of delivery)
- Size/variant swaps or replacement for a defective unit.
- We ship your exchange as soon as the original shows “in transit” back to us (scan confirmed), whenever possible.
Conditions (fair & relaxed)
- Gently used is OK. We want you to really test the product.
- Please return items clean and dry with all detachable parts/accessories.
- Original packaging is required.
- Excessive damage, heavy stains/odors, or missing parts may impact eligibility.
How to start a refund/return/exchange (≈3 minutes)

Reply to your PostureKing order email with subject:
“Refund/Return/Exchange – [Order #]” - Include:
- Order number, full name, and mobile number
- Brief reason (helps us improve)
- Photos/video if damaged/defective or wrong item
- For COD refunds: GCash number or Bank (Bank name • Account name • Account number)
- We’ll reply with your return label + pickup/drop-off options (usually J&T).
- Pack securely (original box is required). Hand it to the courier or drop off as instructed.
Refund methods & timing
- Card/PayPal: Back to original payment method
- COD: GCash or Bank Transfer (you choose)
- Initiation: 1–3 business days after the courier scans your return
- Posting times depend on your bank/wallet provider
Shipping fees on returns
- Defective/Damaged/Mis-ship: We cover return + replacement shipping.
- Change-of-mind: We can arrange pickup at our negotiated courier rate; the fee (if any) may be deducted from your refund. We keep this as low as possible.
Cancellations
Before shipment (processing stage)
- Free & easy. Reply to your order email with subject: “Cancel Order – [Order #]”.
- If we’ve already printed a label or handed off to the courier, see “After shipment.”
After shipment (already with courier)
- You can still return under the 30-Day Free Trial once delivered.
- COD orders “Out for Delivery”: You may refuse at the door if truly necessary. We’ll mark it as cancelled when the parcel returns.
- Note: Frequent unnotified refusals may limit future COD privileges.
Bundles & partial returns
- You may return any single item from a bundle.
- If you keep part of a bundle, we’ll recalculate the bundle discount fairly and refund the difference.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene & safety)
- Items with excessive soil/odors, heavy damage, or missing key parts
- Counterfeit or items bought from unauthorized sellers (not postureking.com or our authorized channels)
Damaged or defective on arrival (DOA)
- Reply to your order email within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.
- We’ll replace fast under our Lifetime Replacement Warranty, free both ways.
- In many cases, we won’t require the defective unit back.
FAQ
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes, original packaging is required.
Can I use it at home, office, or car and still return?
Yes. Our 30-Day Free Trial is for real-life testing.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fees. (Just return clean and in good condition)
When does the 30 days start?
The day your courier marks the order Delivered (see tracking).
What about warranties after 30 days?
Manufacturing defects are covered for as long as you own the product by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.
