Stop Slouching
Slouching adds stress to your spine. It will strain the muscles, and joints that hold your back bone in place. Lousy posture will also eventually smash you inside organs together which makes it harder for your lungs and intestines to work. Over time, it will make it hard to digest food or get enough air when you breathe.

Stand Taller
- A great way to prevent posture problems is standing taller. You will not only look better; you will also feel better. Try this; pretend you are measuring your height against the wall. Hold your head straight and tuck in your chin. Pull your chest out, roll your shoulders back and don't let your hips stick out.
Don’t Slump at Your Desk
Slouching as you work is really comfy, but it is one of the main reasons why people suffer from poor posture. Try this; Sit all the way back to y our chair, put a small lumbar cushion or pillow behind your mid back to avoid disrupting your spine’s natural curve. Place your feet flat on the floor and your knees at a right angle.

Avoid the Text Neck
Almost everyone has smartphones. Take a minute and do yourself a favor. Stretch your neck; tilting your head down really strains your spine. Over the course of months and years, the stiffness adds up. Instead of tilting your head, just lift your phone up and adjust your eyes. While stretching you would feel more relaxed.
Use a Posture Brace
The proper posture is really hard to permanently keep since our muscle memory is not accustomed to the proper posture. A posture brace will help remind you to keep the proper posture and over time your body will adjust and will eventually permanently fix your posture.
