PostureKing Lifetime Replacement Warranty
For as long as you own your PostureKing product, we’ve got your back.
If a manufacturing defect shows up at any point during normal, intended use, we’ll repair or replace the item, fast and free.

- Remedy: Repair or replacement (or store credit if the exact model is discontinued)
- Shipping: Free both ways in the Philippines for approved warranty claims
- What’s not covered: Wear-and-tear, misuse/accidents, modifications, pet damage, improper cleaning, commercial use
- How to claim: Reply to your order confirmation email with photos/video and a short note about the issue
- Official support channel: Email only (we currently don’t offer phone support)
Why we offer a lifetime warranty
Ergonomics is personal, and daily. We design products to last through real life in your home, office, commute, or study setup. If something we made fails due to how it was made, not how it was used, we make it right.
What’s covered (examples)
RoyalGel® Seat Cushion & cushion variants
- Gel or foam material failure (e.g., gel leakage, internal splitting)
- Permanent structural collapse of the cushion core beyond normal softening
- Stitching or zipper failures not caused by abuse
- Accessory failures (e.g., straps, non-slip base delaminating) due to manufacturing defects
Back Stretcher & other posture tools
- Cracks or breaks in the arch/base under normal use
- Hardware defects (fasteners, adjusters)
- Padding/cover stitching or attachment failures caused by workmanship
If parts can reasonably fix the issue (e.g., a replacement cover or strap), we may send the part instead of a full unit, whichever gets you back to pain-free faster.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear (surface scuffs, minor fabric pilling, expected softening over time)
- Damage from misuse or accidents (improper setup, standing/jumping on products, overloading)
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Stains, odors, liquids, burns, pet scratches/chewing
- Improper cleaning (bleach/solvent damage, hot dryer shrinkage)
- Commercial or rental use (unless we’ve agreed in writing)
- Lost or stolen items
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or counterfeit goods
How to file a warranty claim (about 3 minutes)
- Reply to your PostureKing order confirmation email (or any email from us about your order).
- Include:
- Order number (or name, mobile number, and delivery date)
- Photos/video clearly showing the issue and the whole product
- Short description of how/when the issue occurs
- Your preferred ship-back address and mobile number for courier coordination
- We’ll review, approve if eligible, and send next steps, often a courier pickup or a no-return replacement when appropriate.
Security note: We handle warranty through email so there’s a paper trail for you. We don’t offer phone support at this time.
What we’ll do
- Approve & arrange shipping: We cover return + replacement shipping within the Philippines for approved claims.
- Repair or replace: We’ll send a new or refurbished (like-new) item of the same model.
- If discontinued: We’ll provide a functionally equivalent model or a store credit for the original purchase price.
Shipping & returns for warranty
- For approved defects, we pay courier fees both ways.
- In some cases, we may not require the defective unit back. When we do, we’ll send a prepaid label and simple packing instructions (original box required).
Lifetime Warranty vs. 30-Day Free Trial
- 30-Day Free Trial: Try the product at home, return or exchange for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Lifetime Warranty: Kicks in after 30 days and covers manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product.
Ownership, proof, and eligibility
- Original purchaser only, non-transferable
- Proof of purchase required (order number or courier waybill + name/phone)
- Applies to purchases from our official website thepostureking.com or our authorized channels
- Philippines coverage by default, international claims may require a shipping contribution
Care guidelines (to stay covered)
- Follow the care tag on covers (gentle wash, air dry)
- Avoid harsh chemicals/solvents
- Don’t exceed intended body weight or use (e.g., standing/jumping on stretchers)
Legal and limits
This warranty gives you specific rights. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or store credit at PostureKing’s discretion. We’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the product itself.
