How the 30-Day Trial Works

Order & Receive
Delivery is typically 2–3 days in Metro Manila and 2–5 days provincial. (Free shipping Philippines.) -
Use It Daily
Sit, stretch, work, commute, use it as you normally would. Light signs of use are OK. -
Keep, Exchange, or Return
Within 30 days of delivery, choose to keep, exchange, or return for a refund, whatever feels best for your body.
COD Unbox Available: Paying cash on delivery? You may unbox at the door to confirm it’s the correct item and in good condition. Your 30-day trial still starts on the delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
- Card/PayPal: Refunded via PayPal/Bank Transfer.
- COD: Refunded via GCash or Bank Transfer (your choice).
- Processing time: We initiate refunds 1–3 business days after your return is scanned in by the courier. Your bank’s posting time may vary.
Exchanges
- Need a different variant or a replacement unit? We’ll ship the exchange once the original is in transit back to us (scan confirmed), so you’re not waiting long.
How to Start a Return or Exchange (3 minutes)
- Reply to your order confirmation email with your request (Return or Exchange) and reason (optional but helpful).
- We’ll send you a return label and simple instructions for courier pickup or J&T Express drop-off.
- Pack the item. Please include all detachable parts/accessories.
- Original Packaging is Required
- The Item Must be in Good Condition (see condition guidelines below)
- Take Video while Packing for Proof
Official Communication: For your security, we handle requests by email. We currently don’t offer phone support.
Condition Guidelines (Relaxed & Fair)
- Gently used is OK. Light wear from normal testing is expected.
- Please return the item clean and dry. If your product has a washable cover, kindly give it a quick wash before returning.
- Excessive damage, stains, odors, or missing parts may affect eligibility.
- The item must be securely packed with no moving parts.
- Must return with the original PostureKing packaging box.
Defects & Damage
- Received a defective or damaged item? That’s on us.
- Report within 7 days of delivery (photos and videos required), and we’ll replace it fast, free of charge, covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.
Bundles & Partial Returns
- You can return any single item from a bundle.
- If you keep part of a bundle, we’ll recalculate the bundle discount fairly and refund the difference.
Shipping Fees for Returns
- Defective/Damaged items: We cover return shipping.
- Change-of-mind returns: We’ll help arrange pickup at our negotiated courier rates; the fee (if any) is deducted from your refund. We keep this as low as possible.
Timeline & Cut-Off
- Your 30-day window starts on the courier’s delivery date (shown on the tracking page).
- Just start your request within those 30 days, don’t worry if the courier pickup happens a bit later.
FAQs
Does the 30-day trial apply if I used COD Unbox?
Yes. Unboxing at the door is just to confirm the item, your trial still runs for 30 days from delivery.
Can I try it at the office and in the car?
Yes, please do. Real-world use is the point of the trial.
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes it is required.
How fast is the refund?
We process in 1–3 business days after your return is scanned by the courier. Bank posting times vary.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fees. (Just keep the item clean and in good condition.)
What if I’m past 30 days?
Our Lifetime Replacement Warranty still covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear aren’t covered.
