How do I use it?

We recommend getting a Yoga Mat or any kind of mat where the base can be stable.

Setup the stretcher on the mat and slowly lie down on the arch. Make sure your spine lies on the center while the nodes will hit the muscles surrounding your spine.

Let gravity do the work for you and relax. Set a timer for 10 mins. Feel free to use your phone or read your favorite book.

How frequent do I use it?

We recommend using the back stretcher for 10 mins. daily.

You can do a 5 minute session in the morning and night.

You can also do a 10 minute session at night after a long day of work or at morning to give your back a stretch after sleeping.

Similar to any other exercise, it is also okay to exceed 10 minutes every day.

Can this be used by children?
