What is your Returns Policy?

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

* Please note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us must not be BROKEN and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

 

How Can I Process a Return?

  1. Contact our customer support team through our e-mail thepostureking@gmail.com.

  2. Customer support team will verify the situation and condition of the item.

  3. Once verified to be eligible to a refund, customer will be shipping back the items to our centers (to be given by customer support team).

 

When will I get my Refund?

  • Refunds will be provided through; Gcash, PayPal, and/or BankTransfer

  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

  • Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
